·   Analysing information and evaluating results to choose  the best solution and solve problems. responsible for the Consultant/Contractor management, Coordination with all disciplines, preparation of reports, schedules and  claims,cooperation with Clients, PMO, and Contractors and negotiated with statutory  authorities.

·   Responsible for management and contract performance across all disciplines, coordinate with the various engineering construction, purchasing, scheduling and set up of projects. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Insure accuracy and timeliness of the project reporting scheduling financial control and interfaces effectively with the profitability of the project using Primavera P3/P6-v.8.3 Oracle, or MS Project hardware’s.

·   Preparation of Time Impact Studies (TIS) as per Actual Site Condition and Change/Variation orders affecting Original Construction Baseline Schedule.
- Forensic Delay Claim Analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims.
- Review Prolongation Claims Analysis using Critical Path Method and Windows Analysis.
- Prepare "Fragnet Schedule" to obtain the Time Impact Claims according to the changes and variation orders.

- Project Management and Consultant's overall responsibility for the construction schedule review and approval of contractors schedule proposals.
- Review and Analysis of project delay schedule (Recovery Extension of Time) claims and providing planning advice analysis of critical activities recommendations.
- Review resources allocation / distribution according to the plan schedule of activities in correlation to the approved baseline project schedules.
- Determine overall project target schedule & priorities and verify the overall re-forecasts & progress plans.
- Review and approval of Project Baseline Schedule of Contractors.

·   Work with project developing group in identifying prospects and developing scope both Civil, structural with mechanical and electrical works activities. Determine labour requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. Review and evaluate the resource output of Direct and in direct workers.

·   Prepare and detailed parametric estimates related disciplines maintain database and cost control of materials and data for estimating .Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Prepare cost analysis on actual results vs. projection/ budget cost of the construction with financial expertise and advice in the areas of project costing, pricing management expense control, cost benefit analysis feasibility studies, monitoring evaluation of pre post implementation.

·   Supervise actual construction work in weekly basis and control of construction management from staff to its manpower including the workmanship and quality of work including the management cost control and administrative support. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Monitor and reviews the performance of materials recommended/needed from brand quality to financial conditions.

·    As a lead Internal Auditor for the Company to be certifies as a qualified in the  International Quality Management Standard (QMS ISO 9001:2000/08).

·   Attend meeting with the owner, consultant and other representative regarding proposed or on-going projects including inspections and do solution in case the problem identified (Risk management) on the on-going construction activities. Review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

·   Design/Review of structural building and other structure as per required by the proposed project and do coordination to the assigned person in regards to shop drawing for interiors details of architectural, Electrical, Mechanical and other drawing needed in the on-going project. Review and recheck the obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

·   Work with project such as vertical and horizontal, Commercial and private buildings and residencial, Data Centre, roads, bridges, piping works and some super structure piers and canals flood/water gateways, Tanks steel and concrete and some specialty construction on Civil, structural with some mechanical and electrical works/activities. construction of infrastructure using steel building materials and conrete such as service building (33KV sub station –District cooling plant-sewage Treatment, Reservoir, hard water to soft water treatment plant, Transfer Tower, Main control building and steel and cable Factory such as Qatar Steel Combo Project, agricultural facilities and Cable Factory.
